an acceptable stay
helpful staff comfortable bed rough towels creased bathrobe
the staff were helpful and cute. breakfast was delicious. i appreciated the added touches of balloons and cake for my friend's birthday upon arrival. the bed was comfortable.
the room overlooked a car park. the towels felt rough, almost abrasive against the skin. the bathrobe was also noticeably creased, less appealing to use. there were no slippers provided in the room either.

central location friendly service chilled drinks breakfast options
i liked the location near the castle and train station. the staff provided friendly service. chilled drinks were freely available in the executive lounge. the breakfast had many options and variety.
i found the hallways and the lift looking a bit tired.
